Old Website, New Functionality, New Ecommerce Platform

I currently have the website www.fishingfliesonline.com. Great site, i want it to look the same. But I want a different backend. CUrrently we use Paypal Payflow. We want to go to authorize.net. I also want my customers to have more functuionality as to the process of their orders, delivery comnfirmation, etc. I want the orders to go be able to be exported to usps so I can prepopulate shipping labels. I want to ad addwords. AND I WANT THE SITE SEO FRIENDLY. asp sucks for ranking. Your goal is to make the site around the best way to be seen on the search engines. I want other little things like hot specials, links to Facebook, etc which we can go through. The site is awesome as it is. I just need you to change the backend. When done with this, we need to clone this site to go with another one of our sites, sprecifically for women, Go, Girl Fish. Differnt look and feel, same products. There are 350 items, in 3-10 sizes for each. multiple colores per item. need to have an easy way to add or 'clone' inventory items. Let me know what you think as well as your timeline. I want to have the best fishing site in the NET, i want to find someone to work with us long term. we have a lot of work and many ecom sites to build out going forward.
