Basic Wordpress Customization

Hi, I am a real estate agent in Singapore, and I intend to create a Wordpress site with various new project launches information. I have already bought a domain ([login to view URL]), and need somebody to help me customize a professional looking theme with a Gravatar, Logo, and also structure my site properly before I start building up all the content. I want to my website to look something like this ([login to view URL]), in terms of the professional look. Color theme should be blue or dark blue. Forms also are to be incorporated, and you can use "Fast Secure Contact Form for WordPress". I don't need the 'Featured Content' with the rotating images as seen on that website's homepage. It should have the following functions: 1) At the very top, the tabs should be similar to this site ([login to view URL]) with the following pages: - Home (links to homepage) - Developers - Resale projects (with a FORM that can capture info, and be sent to my e-mail address.) - Career opportunities (with a FORM that captures info, and be sent to my e-mail address.) - Useful link 2) The look of the website should be like ([login to view URL]). The header should have a nice logo at the left, a nice picture in the middle that represents Singapore real estate, and customizable text at the right (I will decide what number and e-mail to put later on) 3) The homepage posts should be categorized by categories, like this website ([login to view URL]). Each post should have a thumbnail and a short description, with a 'read more' that links to the actual post URL. I will be creating all the necessary categories. 4) Each category page should also look like this ([login to view URL]), a small thumbnail with a short description, and a read more that leads to the post URL. 5) Each post URL should look like this ([login to view URL]), with a form to capture data.
