Design applied to flash application

We have been asked to re-skin an application written in flash. The brief is to take the current code / fla files and reskin the code using the new design. Any additional features seen in the design can be ignored for now, the most important thing is that the flash application looks like the new design and all features incorporated in the old system are available in the new. There is no database, everything is driven from xml and flat files. There is also no code wrapping, it is pure HTML but you feel you can do a better job with some code wrapping we can accept PHP.
