We need a professional website designer & programmer that can create a mobile site generator. Users enter their website URL and the website app automatically generates a mobile site that the users can edit online and then launch. Everything from the same website app. Just to give you an idea we need with the functionality of [login to view URL] but we will make some changes. The website automatically generates the mobile sites and customers are able to customize, edit and make changes using the website. The website generates the mobile site for the customers website See sample site to get a better idea. To make it easier the website can be programmed in Wordpress, Joomla or similar. We ONLY need the FUNCTIONALITY OF IT. We have the design. MAKE SURE YOU UNDERSTAND THE FUNCTIONALITY BEFORE YOU BID. PLEASE ONLY BID IF YOU REALLY KNOW HOW TO CREATE A WEBSITE LIKE THIS AND YOU ARE SERIOUS ABOUT THE PROJECT.
