Website framework design and logo

Design of framework to a new website! The website will be build in Joomla! Information about the job: 1) Design the framework of the website. 2) Design of a new logo The web design as shown on the attachment is only a rough outline for the designer to Create a better looking and professional design. It needs to be a clean looking webiste design, not with to much colours and information. The images needs to be delivered in .eps format. There will be a second job if I am satisfied , to design all the different components/extensions needed to be included in the website. This job is another project! Please stick to the following specifications:                                                                   2 colloumns (right and content) Design Layout in 1024pix and readable font Site Centred on screen Module areas must be specified and which columns to show on news items, normally right column disappear. Logo design: The logo attached is only one example – but I think it will be nice to have a “switch” between “Arrangement” and “forum”. There must be three suggestions, and the final version to be delivered in vector format (.eps)
