300217 webdesigner for finishing page

Hi, I need someone for quickly finishing this page: [login to view URL] As you can see the links are not active yet, there needs some content to be filled it. Also the blue picture doesn't fit now the screen, it is only one picture of a specific size. This must be changed so that it always fits 100% of the table. The page must work properly on both Internet Explorer + Netscape! Also there will be a section with videotapes which can be ordered by a web-formular (only e-mail sending to me with name, address etc. so I know where to send the ordered tapes). This is not a big job, and I can't pay much money for this, but I can guaranteee a 10-rating. Bid only if you can start right now and if you can show me at least 1-3 urls of websites which were made completely by you. Copy/paste-comments will be ignored!!!
