A very Muddy website template for off road sales Website. CSS

Hello , We have a current website that is planned for an upgrade with added functionality in the pipe line. current website address [login to view URL] Basically we are going to start from the ground up ,by contracting out a web artist to make a template (that could be you ) , Dirt , tire tracks , trees , mud green , mountains , something different , original and Arty NOT Tarty. I'm sure you get the theme I'm after. Then continue the development after it has been handed over the code to manage meta tags , record set access ( to display stock ) and internationalisation, and any other 4X4 related info. Please bear this in mind when you are thinking of a design. Your Html output should be spotless and cross browser compatible, I'm assuming that most of the work focus will be CSS and Photo-shop orientated. I would imagine that , JavaScript tools will not be required , just simple raw artwork talent outputting a basic web template , where I can cut up the code and use PHP to send the code snippets to the browser once you have handed the project to me this is why your code needs to be spotless. Your deliverables will be an [login to view URL] page , images in /img folder , css in /css folder and any other includes in an /inc folder. The code must be in very easy readable format as you have to hand the project over to me to continue with the work. On the business card, there exists the supplied background image, another overlay has been added (the tyre tracks) to make the effect, we are currently missing the tyre track overlay and the other muddy type images used as overlays. Part of the role is to find / substitute the overlay to replicate the artwork and roll it out as a template. The business card was created in Corel draw. We would like you to incorporate the textures and graphics into a simple template enabling us to replace or perhaps merge into www.lriromania.com. If you can design a web template that EXACTLY replicates the business card shown Inclusive of background(s) , overlays, css and frame structure and other nice webbily bits, then please revise your bid and resubmit. Some bidders are too low in quotes and some bidders are way off the mark at the other end of the scale. This is where good artwork manipulation and transferable html code is required.
