I still need two more web designers today

The job is to create a website like mediafire. I already have the php codes and the database, working well. So I need two designers now, to start today. The design will be divided in two steps : The first is to make the psd file only. This needs approval before the project can continue on the second step. You need to bid for the first only, and I'll hire two designers, to work independently. Only the best of the two will continue on the second step. Though the website should be like mediafire, it shouldn't be identical, as copying a website is illegal. This first step should start today, and completed today, before midnight (GMT). Thank you.
