Joomla Layoutdesign (1.6.3) with Addons and Menu

The Websitedesign (for new Joomla 1.6.3) should be like [login to view URL] Frontpage a bit different and the contentpages also like the frontpage but with a image instead of the video ... concept is quite clear allready ... so just doing it is necessary ... Layout needs to be done until thursday (30/06) - or earlier if possible ... menu, videoplayer, imageslider and so on needs to be done... all finished and should be installed on a allready existing website (so far standard-design) ... the site [login to view URL] should be changed a bit - 2 logos (one left and one right - each will select a other menu on the 3 buttons!) on the menublock above ... and 3 menu-buttons (all in different orange) ... the menu must be changed to fit the new layout ... all must be done until thursday or if possible earlier ... High Quality work recommended. ONLY 2 DAYS ARE LEFT TO DO THIS LAYOUT! - SO PLEASE JUST OFFER A TIMERANGE WHICH CAN HANDLE THIS!
