Illustrator of Childrens Books,

To Illustrate a childrens book about a minibus character. I will require about 12 illustrations. The books are not sold commercially. They are sponsored and given free to children in Hong Kong and China. I am a teacher in a Chinese primary school and am not allowed to do any paid activities while under contact. I will approach publishers after my contract expires and any commercial selling of the book will include royalties for the illustrator. I have completed eight books so far and have been happy with the work of the illustrators. I am not concerned about reputations or experience as I am quite happy to let people who want the experience do the books. I only pay per illustration as I am funding the whole exercise from my own pocket. I hope to have 12 books completed by the end of June. This book is 'Ming and the Dragon Boat" The story is based around the Sai Kung dragon boat race. Ming's driver and some other drivers enter the dragon boat race but while training at night their boat hits a rock and sinks. On race day they are told that they can borrow a boat that is in Stanley The divers take off in Ming to get the boat. They tie it on top of Ming and bring it back to Sai Kung in time to take part in the race.
