HTML/CSS Graphic Design Required - Linux Training Website

We require a smart clean HTML/CSS theme for our site [login to view URL] We do not have a clear idea of the design/layout we are after, so for now, best to just present a portfolio, and if we like something that we see, we can hire you and go from there. The bid request is to create a single fully functional HTML/CSS template that we can build in to our pre-existing CMS. Please factor in that we are unlikely to accept the first deliverable and may want revisions until we are satisfied with what we have received. This also includes custom small "bullet" widgets for li/ul tags, p tags, etc. The theme should be very clean, web2.0 style, friendly, and based on a white background.
