High Quality Logo Designer Needed

This is our 3rd repost for a logo designer. We need a logo for our site and are looking for a person or a team who is creative, talented and efficient. Please see the following information before placing a bid. 1. Logo must not just be an icon with text beside it! This is what we already have. We want something more creative, something that incorporates our business idea. 2. If you are not prepared or willing to submit some sample ideas then please do not bid. Do not just send me a link to your portfolio and except me to hire you. Show me that you are not wasting my time. 3. Please include this word in your bid so that we know you are not just spamming "TOTS" 4. We require this project to be finished within 3 days of bid acceptance and unlimited changes for 30 days. Escrow for 50% will be made immediately and the first mock-ups should be done within 24 hours. 5. When the project is completed we will need the logo in most popular formats including .psd 6. If you do not work during US daylight hours or if you do not work on weekends, please do not bid. We have a need for banners, icons, buttons, flyers, business cards etc and want to be able to contact you during the day time and on weekends. We prefer to communicate through google chat. The bidding period for this will be set to 5 days however we expect to hire someone within the next 2 days. Our site is set to launch on Monday so we need something to work with ASAP.
