eCommerce Layouts Required

Hello All Designers, I am looking for best designer for eCommerce Layouts on Regular Basis. I may need 2 Layouts every week for now and then more if quality of work is Good. All Layouts will be for eCommerce Which must include following Components. 1. Must have nice Logo and Sell promoting Header 2. Must Have Category list in Left or Right side (Never in Header, I do not need it horizontally.) 3. Must have 'What is New?' box showing latest one item under Category list. 4. Must Have Language Option (2-3 flags) 5. Must Have Following Links some where in header Login, My Account, Checkout, Shopping Cart (showing how many items in Cart), About Us, Contact Us. 6. Main area will be some introducing TEXT with PAGE TITLE header and below that There must be Product list Showing featured Products. 7. You can put offer banner (Optional) I Need Freelance Only not any web development Company b/c I need may layouts and I can not afford big companies :) Also I need just .psd (Photoshop Format) Files, You need not to convert them into HTML and CSS. BUT psd files must be well organized so are able to change it if required. So every thing must be in different layers and must be editable. Also I will do all Layout Jobs in GAF only. Payments will be 100% escrow for all single Layouts. Please Provide very fare rates for one layout and show me your portfolio. Happy Bidding Thanks
