2447 Design header and css for site

Job entails graphic design of new header for [login to view URL] domain. New header should entail the main (larger) buttons and menus in the [login to view URL] site header. Header should have the planet logo (I have .ai and .eps format for designer) as the theme with some rework for the video theme and new domain name. "Part of the RC Universe Network" tagline should also be incorporated into the the header. The existing orange color scheme should be removed and replaced with the darker blue from the [login to view URL] website. This should be done throughout all pages. Designer needs to be familiar with php/smarty templates to work their way around and install the new header and modify the colors throughout the site.
