Design flash games website & Cutting to Xhtml /Css,Compliance to w3c standards and SEO

We are looking for very expert web designer to design flash games website (Like www. net-games . co . il style) and cutting the PSD files to Xhtml/CSS and Compliance to w3c standards and SEO (1 homepage page , 1 content pages + simple LOGO). The style will Using <div>'s with high level css & <ul>'s <li>'s for the menues. We need programmer who know what they are doing and are able to work fast and effectively. What we expect from you: Slice and code the design into a fully functioning website which meets the current industry standards (Xhtml/CSS).
