Another website graphic design

Detail: I have a new project that requires a really good graphic designer with excellent creativity and with considerable website graphic design experience for a quick design fix. -Please only apply if you can think for yourself, I will not deal with a human robot or someone that uses template creating software! -I need someone who can take instructions in English and fill in the blanks themselves, if you’re a graphic designer, then I should not be required to teach you about things like composition, gradients, shading and general common sense. -This is a design for a website, only the PSD files and PNG equivalent will be required from you. -Precise details will be given on PM, only once you have been chosen as the winning bidder. -I already have the design layout for this project, it is all in place but I need a graphic designer to do their magic and give it a professional and elegant look and feel. -This is urgent and needs to be fault fixed and completed within 24 hours. So if you’re not available for regular daily contact... you know the rest. Help with this one and you will be invited to two larger projects starting this coming week.
