314415 Tweak flv player settings

I need someone to help me tweak the settings on the FLV player on our site at www . monkeybriefs . com The player is the same player that is used on www. funnyhub . com but their player seems to be playing the videos much better, where ours has some continuous buffering and lag. Thanks. PM me what you think needs to be done. p.s. this is an Agriya player and I have all the updated backup files for the Agriya player as well as the documentation for the player.
