Human Resources Company Website Redesign

I need to maintain the company identity (page format, colors, fonts, sizes, etc.) while making it more light and SEO friendly. So In some areas I would like to make it more interactive, so people could browse the services and press over the Service of interest and then a drop down image or something like that appears with the info and when the person scroll outside of that area, the text retracts again.
