I need an app that monitors particular ebay sellers for newly listed items and notifies my cell phone in real time. I anticipate a list of perhaps 5-10 ebay sellers that I need real time updates for and as many as several hundred sellers for which i need hourly updates on any newly listed items. I want to be provided with a copy of the source code as well as documentation. The software produced will be solely owned by myself and not sellable to any other party in any way.
