Need 400 one way links

We need a professional team to do our link building. All links must be on our site topic. No redirects, JavaScript links, hidden links or links on any site that seems to have incurred a Google penalty. Only ethical work will be accepted. - No links from porn, drugs, hacker, illegal, or other offensive sites All links must be approved by me before you place the link. Please send me an excel sheet including, the site's URL, site PR. After you have placed our link, you will need to send a report in excel format with the site's URL, site PR, and anchor text used for our link. I'll provide a document containing the desired title/anchor text for my site. The links must be legit and permanent. Payment will be made once all links are verified. Only a partial payment will be made if not all 400 links completely follow the criteria given above. The links must be legit and permanent. IF you can submit to more that we need, please send that price also, but be sure to include price for 400 links. We reserve the right to reject sites that do not meet our terms and will require you to add suitable replacement links instead.
