We need 1000+ Backlinks within next 14days

Hi we are launching a new social/dating site which is going to be the next big deal, we will be launching in 14days, we are currently looking for someone who can get us at least 1000 backlinks within the next 14days PR2-3 and above, we have currently been trading under a differnet website but are now changing names so have a brand new domain. We have SEO experts working on the site once it launches, and if whoever does a good job now will be able to get higher paid and often work from us, once the 1000+ backlinks have been done we will need proof that they have been done
