need Top 10 Google Ranking

I am looking for someone that can build a good Top 10 Google ranking for a list of keywords for my poker supply website. The e commerce shopping cart (well known) already has SEO considerations built in and are being utilized but I am still not showing in top results. The selected professional will need to submit a strategy covering all White Hat SEO techniques. Black hat/Grey Hat Techniques are not allowed. Requirements: 1. All keywords must appear on Google US server as the site is designed for US visitors. 2. Ranking must last for atleast 6 months. 3. You will update me on the progress of the site on weekly basis Explain to me how you are going to achieve this. Will show you my site on the PMB for reference.
