Link building and Social Network site member rec needed

Hello, The site is a movie/comic book character fan-site. The project requires 50 quality links placed on movie-based and comic book-based sites in two weeks. Also required is 20 users of a single specific social networking site (I can PM you the name of the site – it takes just a few seconds to register – does not require verification) to add my site to their favorites in a gradual manner over two weeks (~1 user per day.) Links must - No more than 25 outbound links on each web page (where link is placed) - Links should contain the target keyword as a text hyperlink (anchor text) - Links must be on established and static pages - Ranked with Google Page rank 3 or higher - On pages indexed and cached by Google, Yahoo and MSN Search (cache must not be more than 1 month old.) - Movie and comic book related sites only - One link per domain (different C class IPs) - Permanent links only - English language sites only - No search spam - No scraper sites, mirror sites, link farms or free for all link exchanges - No link schemes - No blog comments - No directories - No forums - No redirects or cloaking (e.g., 301, 302, meta-refresh, JavaScript redirects) - No classified ads - No dynamic links - No pages blocked by [login to view URL] - No article submission sites - No rel=nofollow links in the HTML - No guest books - No black-listed sites For the placed links, please send me an excel with clickable hyperlinks. For the social networking site favorites, please send me an excel with user URL (eg. [login to view URL]) Once these two documents are received and the links and social networking site members are verified, payment will be sent via Paypal or escrow service.
