Craiglist ad poster

We are looking for someone with previous experience in posting craiglist ads, using multiple email addresses and ip addresses. I have a graphic ad that I want posted in all 23 major cities 4 times per day (between the hours of 4 p.m. and 11 p.m. PST) during the week and 10 times per day on each of the weekends. That is 920 posts in total. I am budgeted to pay betwen 7¢ and 10¢ per post. I will choose someone with good feedback for similar work and this will be on ongoing relationship if I can find someone who works reliably and efficiently. I would also prefer to work with someone who has a server to host the graphic on. It can be hosted on my server but i would prefer for it to be managed by you. This is a project of adult nature for posting in the "adult services" sectionof craigslist.
