Build a web page and collect emails for newsletter. The web page has to have a quick questionnaire to answer and a log system to access the questionnaire, the mediator has to control who can access the questionnaire. The answers must be transferred to a excel data table. The emails will be searching from search terms. The mediator needs to update the web page with results of the answered questions.
