1) Freelancer needs to have the attitude to comfortably work remotely with a team of other developers working on the same project but on different tasks. 2) We are a technology company and therefore try are best to give a detailed elaboration of the tasks scopes. This helps developers to start off immediately without much discussion with us. Therefore you will need to have an attitude towards understanding human short comings as such in a very limited way we too sometimes miss out on some minor points as we have not actually reached that phase of development where the requirement needs a bit of twist than what was mentioned. 3) Please do not bid if you cannot develop all the points mentioned in the document task scope. I do not want to split the task between two developers. Therefore study it carefully and only bid if you can do everything.
