Urgent Help required in a Ongoing Project based on C++, SQL

Hi, I need help in doing an ongoing Visual Studio 2008 based project using C++ and SQL and i need some initial GUI to be developed to start with it and more work will be done as it approves. The project i need to start developing is for a car park booking system and i want to have a GUI which takes in user details and then stores them to database. I then need to intergrate this open source software for reading in number plate pictures called tesseract so the system logs that in as well. The project uses the number plate to determine if they have stayed for the correct amount of time. I need something to be done in 2 days time and then we can go ahead with more addition into this.
