Creative Flash Preloader and Intro Concept and Website Concept

I am putting up this bid for my client ABPONE. They are a huge media conglomerate in Eastern India mainly in Kolkata. They are looking to venture into the field of advertise building. Till this point in time they used to only publish the advertisements in the newspaper they have. Now they will also conceptualize the ads and act as an advertising agency. They want to create an independent identity for this brand which they are calling ABPONE. I am creating their preloader/intro and website. I am looking to outsource it to the most capable person on Elance. Here I would request bidders to submit the **most creative ideas of intros and website** that they can imagine for an advertising agency. The idea should bring out the spirit that the advertising agency knows bengal like no one else. It will be an independent brand so should not be influenced by the already existing ABP brand. I am attaching files which will be their print ad campaigns. I am also attaching the logo. This will help you understand their theme colour and theme idea which is "no one understands bengal like us".
