Convert to Vector Adobe Illustrator 8.0

I need this converted to vector format and saved in Illustrator 8.0. I DO NOT just need it opened in Illustartor and resaves as 8.0 .ai file. It needs to be VECTOR format. If you don't know what that is DO NOT BID! I have no time for someone that has no clue what I need. It needs to be redrawn in vector so I can use it for a massive billboard sign. I have included 2 files, the image and a close up of the tire tread pattern. Also one final note, I need this DONE, COMPLETED in THREE that's 3 days! DONE! I have a deadline to get the sign up. Lot of money invested in this. THREE DAYS OR LESS MUST HAPPEN SO YOU NEED TO BE QUALIFIED TO DO THIS. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
