ISO: Tech-Savvy Exec. Assistant: project mgr for 'creative downloads' w/ elegant English

Seeking a bright, talented & highly-organized assistant to help me: *capture my deluge of creative ideas *organize project lists, and generally *'mid-wife' my ideas so they can be crafted into blog posts, a book draft, or similar creative projects... *then help me check stuff off the checklist so I can stay focused on the bigger picture. We'll be working symbiotically 80% of the time - where I'm like a brain in a jar and you're my set of hands. 20% of the time I'll ask you to handle things while I meditate or handle something personal. It's light work, but detail intensive. And fast paced. We'll work primarily on Zoom & Google Docs. Proficiency a plus, but a proven track-record of learning software & genuine desire to play full out trumps all. Mondays & Fridays are my creative days. I need about 3-4 hours of support to make the most of my time. I may also have assignments you can handle between our sessions. Possibly a Weds team debrief about how the M & F work is going so we can improve our synergy. I am kinda weird (for Rochester, anyway) so if you get freaked out by anything new or experimental or intense you can safely move on. But if you're into things like Flow States, Silicon Valley, Space X / Tesla Motors, Burning Man or The Grateful Dead, then we'll get along fine. Oh... and I have cats. I don't take them too seriously. This gig is virtual, so you can enjoy them in 2D. You MUST be: *Able to capture ideas on the fly, and organize them into coherent notes, lists, drafts, project plans, etc... for later revision / execution - that's the skillset I need *Good with google docs, Mac/iPhone technology... I don't need a computer science major, but you have to be savvy with basic tech *Fast typer with pretty damn good spelling -- online communication is 90% of our relationship with clients and vendors, and team! *Proactively handle phone calls, email replies, scheduling, light cleaning - handling minor things so I can focus on major things *Offer patience & empathy for my "weirdness" (think Jobs, Musk, Garcia) I'm a bit of a creative savant, but also a very cool guy. *Interested in Flow, peak-performance, purpose and meaning in life... that's the nature of my work, so it helps if you appreciate it. *Experimental Neurochemistry Friendly (I used to live in Boulder / San Francisco, so think Silicon Valley meets Tony Robbins) *RELIABLE AS THE SUNRISE... I like to get started by 9am and need you here early, ready to dive right in. Before you apply............ This is a very delicate position. The work I'm doing is groundbreaking, at least in my life, and so I am looking for a bit of a 'business nurse-maid' to nurture me through the countless trials & errors that creating entails. That entails screen sharing your screen with me while I process my emails, and you type the responses or schedule the follow ups. Like a brain in a jar, I make the decisions, and you capture them, moving the information around to help create a result our clients find immensely rewarding. And we're the first clients. This REALLY has to work for us if it's going to be durable, generative, and the formation of a whole greater than the sum of its parts. Well, there now, I've layed my cards on the table...
