I need a Doodle Video

I need a doodle video to be made for an app. It shouldn't be longer that 60-80 seconds. I am attaching the script for your reference. ITs very brief and self explanatory. You can do your own magic provided that the scripts main core is followed. This doodle is created basically to explain the concept of the mobile application. Its also meant for the people of Dubai, so it would be great if you could use some element of dubai like buildings or something.. we need to mainly highlight the concept of before and after therefore showing life before the app and after the app. Regards, Afroz
