Spanish-speaking Video Editor

We are looking for a full-time SPANISH-SPEAKING video editor in a few months time and we are designing several trial phases. PHASE 3: 2-week trial as video editor with us to produce 5 5-minute videos to publish on YouTube. PHASE 2: 1-week trial as video editor with us to produce 3 5-minute videos PHASE 1: You will receive 6 videos of 10-minute each and you are required to make a 5-minute video out of those. PHASE 0: We will send you few videos to create a 1-3-minute sample so that we can decide if you are ready to enter PHASE 1. The PHASE 0 will not be paid.
