JITSI , Jitsi as a service , WebRTC Project

Needs to hire 2 Freelancers Dear Freelancer , We are looking for a JITSI Developer who has successfully developed and deployed applications using JAAS ( Jitsi As a Service ) : [login to view URL] [login to view URL] We are looking for a Person who has an expertise in Building , Deploying and Scaling Up a Project that involves the following Features : 1. Video Calling 2. Messaging ( Chat Functionality ) 3. Audio Calling 4. Live Streaming Now there are basically going to be three different parties in our project. User 1 : The User will use a Mobile Application Only ( React Native ) User 2 : The User will use a Web Application ( React ) and a Mobile Application as Well ( React Native ) Use Case : User 1 and User 2 , will interact with Each other using their respective Applications. They can Video Call Each Other , Audio Call , Chat as well. User 2 Will be Live Streaming and User 1 will be watching. We need the following : 1. Mobile Application Which will be built on the React Native Platform 2. Web Application Which will be built on the React Platform 3. Backend which will be built using Node.JS and [login to view URL] 4. Administrator ( I.e. US ) , We will be monitoring and having administrator functions for User 1 and User 2 There can be various number of User 1 accounts ( Multiple Accounts ) , they will come to a website and sign up as a User on our Platform. There can be various number of User 2 accounts ( Multiple Accounts ) , They will come to our website and sign up as a user on our platform. We need this project delivered fast. Now coming to the most important parts of the project. 1. We need a system that is scalable. Please explain how will you build a solid and scalable system 2. This is the most important part of the project now : This Project will be built in Two Different Phases. In Phase 1 , We will only build these 4 functions of the project i.e. Audio , Video , Chat and Live Stream. Now together these 4 functions only constitute about 10% of the Project. In Phase 2 , We Will be building the Rest of the 90% of the Application. How Would you do this? Please explain in as much detail as possible as a convincing answer to the above question will be evaluated by our company and only then the project will be awarded. For Example : How would you handle the database , Will you build a Modular Backend? A Modular Frontend to which you will keep adding things to in Phase 2.
