I have a vbulletin 5 forum that keeps going down. I can resolve the issue with your forum, that error looks like it's having issue generating this file. Maybe you have filled your disk space on your host plan or are hitting resource limits on your hositng/cpanel account. I can troubleshoot this and get it resolved.
