Facebook fan page and marketing

Hi, I have a very strong cosmetic ecommerce site and needed help to market on facebook and the facebook fan page. I would first like to get more people to "like" this page and get the leads, drive traffic to my site and tun them into sale. My biggest challenge is that we sell Asian skin care products, our primary target customer is Asian women, but I would like to expend it into the non-asian female market. All products are not just for Asian, but for everyone, such as one of our top brand: Shiseido. I'm looking for an internet marketing expert can build a marketing plan around my existing site, direct me on how would I market my website thus to create some good interactions on the fan page. I will provide my website address and assign this person as a admin to the fan page so he/she can start edit this page and submit the marketing plan to me with the strategies of advertising on facebook.
