SEO Painting Website

I have recently opened a site, canvas paintings .com I am looking for someone with SEO expertise that can get my site in the top of google for my keywords. I already have optimized meta tags for each page and have plenty of content. (40 articles for the homepage that will be added 2 per week). The domain name is premium, 10 years old, and is the exact phrase of my number one keyword, canvas paintings. I am looking for someone to either work as a long term partner (10% of profit per month, based on 10k visitors would be over $1k, $10k for 100k visitors) or an intial low bid with huge bonus opportunity.
