15 one-hour transcripts formatted into books

15 one-hour transcripts need to be formatted into books I have 15 transcripts of about one-hour audio each. I'd like to turn each one into a book. Here's what I mean by that: 1. All content must be preserved, but participants' questions should be turned into a question section (I don't want this to look like a transcript of a conversation). 2. Also any informal greetings and chit-chat in the beginning should be edited out. 3. It must be readable in short paragraphs (up to 7 lines). 4. Headings, sub-headings, lists, and links must be clearly identified. 5. Header should say: Coaching Millions System | Milana Leshinsky | [[login to view URL]][1] 6. Footer should say: Copyright 2007-2008, [login to view URL], LLC 7. One of the transcripts is only available in PDF, so it needs to be converted to Word ( i misplaced the original Word file) 8.
