Soft Skills Virtual Sessions I am looking for a freelancer who can conduct virtual sessions in English and Hindi, focused on improving specific soft skills. The ideal candidate should have experience in conducting webinars and be able to engage participants in the age group of 15-23 years (high school and college students) in interactive workshops. Focus on the following soft skills: - Communication - Leadership - Time Management - Goal setting Preferred format for the virtual sessions: - Webinars Number of virtual sessions needed: - Ongoing sessions throughout the year Skills and experience required for the job: - Fluent in English and Hindi communication - Experience in conducting webinars for students (high school, college) - Strong knowledge and understanding of communication, leadership, and time management and other soft skills - Ability to engage participants in interactive workshops (candidate will have to conduct a demo session) - Excellent virtual communication and presentation skills - Candidate should have ready content available for conducting approx. 45 min. virtual sessions
