Final Cut Express - Video Editing Online/Local Tutor Needed

I need to be able to use Final Cut Express, which I have installed on my iMac, to personally create training videos for my drywall school. This will require the successful candidate to be able to demonstrate his/her proficiency with this software and to provide examples of his/her work. The successful candidate will also need to either be local here in Toronto (Canada) or be able to tutor me over the Internet using whatever tools may be available for this type of thing. The other VERY important qualities that can make the difference in the hiring decision is that you are a capable teacher (with something to back that claim up) AND that you can communicate PERFECTLY in English (with something to back that claim up). I am looking for ongoing tutoring and assistance but it will initially start with only a few hours each week because of my current schedule. YOUR BID SHOULD BE A TOTAL FOR 30 HOURS OF ACTUAL TRAINING WITH HALF PAYABLE AFTER 15 HOURS, which will obviously take 4 to 8 weeks depending on schedules, with the rest payable at the end of the 30 hours of training.
