Low poly 3D Model of Apartments but with good texture maps

Dear Freelancers, I require low poly 3D models of modern apartments with very good quality texture maps. Please could you quote for 10 similar apartments as shown (all two bedrooms) with the same furniture but just with different layouts. It is vital that the - provide low poly versions of apartment in fbx format. (Approx 5000 polygons to allow for mobile optimisation) - high quality texture maps of each element separately. (ie sofa, dining table, the floor, the walls, the doors etc)Texture map to be baked from high poly version of elements. - good internal and external lighting to create realistic texture maps.
