Unity 3D or UDK expert to integrate 3d map

We have an interactive 3d map of a village that we need to integrate online with controls for walking in the village 1 when person gets on the site they need to see the MAP from above ( main screen with navigation) After choosing the option of navigation ( auto OR manual) rendered video of 2-3 sec should bring them down to the starting point ON THE GROUND. From the starting point person can walk around the village ONLY 2 HOUSES ON HE MAP WILL HAVE INNER LAYOUTS I will need them to have pointers ( example [login to view URL]) with automatic video walkthrough (example [login to view URL]) once the person clicks on the pointer he is taken in to the house and showed rendered video of walk through video After video of walk-through he will be taken back to starting point to walk again Automatic walk through can be rendered video as well if it makes the map lighter we can make preprogrammed automatic camera flight without the video
