User Guide for VB.NET application

Looking for a person/coder with technical writing skill (ENGLISH ONLY) to develop a user guide for an aplication containing several modules. The application is written in VB.NET 2005. There are detail SRS (Software Requirement Specifications) written for these modules with screenshots. SRS may need to be updated since some changes were made to the application after the SRS' completed 6 months ago. Also, VB.NET coding ability is required to read and even modify existing modules. The resulting user guide should be accessible within? the application (context sensitive) and also as a complete document in HTML/PDF ? format. This project will require remote meeting around my schedule ? using Skype/Go2meeting in order to review each module/screen If you are a non-native English speaker,? ? please be certain certain that you can communicate well in English beside your writing skill that you must have for adequate deliverables.
