Hosting Needed For Press Release Site

Looking for a server to host a press release site. We will need to be able to send out press releases each month to 50,000 - 60,000 news organizations. I prefer that this is linux-based. Needs to have : Disk Space: >250 mb Bandwidth: 10,000 mb Up to 10 MySQL Databases Latest PHP 5 Email Support IMAP, POP3, Mail Forward, SMTP Cpanel with phpmyadmin, Fantastico, AWSTAT, Wordpress, etc. Ability to send press releases to established news clients without hassle or blocking. If you manage a server or are a host, please quote one year of service paid in 3 month increments. Please quote cost for 1 site and for 3 sites. Remember, If you are providing hosting you are expected to respond to emails within 1 day and preferably you will provide a phone number. PAYMENT: We can pay quarterly via paypal (you must bill us) or we can put 1 year prepayment into milestone and pay out quarterly at the end of each 3-month period.
