Thank you for the opportunity. I have done product/supplier sourcing in the past which included sourcing out different products and suppliers for a pharmaceutical and general merchandise company. My responsibilities included preparing RFQ and other bidding documents for the said company. The last project I worked on, for an online cosmetic shop, included preparing lists of wholesale dealers in cosmetics and skin care products that do dropshipping in Germany and whole of Europe. My responsibilities included communication with the company on behalf of the client regarding inquiries about services offered by them and the quotation for the services offered. Aside from my clerical skills, I also have experience in internet research, product and supplier sourcing. I am proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint) and Google Docs. I don't know Mandarin, but I am willing to learn the same. My key strength has always been that I am a quick learner and my ability to adapt myself to the work environment overcoming all challenges.
