Linear regression project for my stats class

Linear Regression Project In this project you will perform regression analysis on data to develop a mathematical model that relates two variables. Then you will use this model to make predictions. Objectives  1. Find the data directly from the internet that can be used to fit linear regression model. 2. Make a scatter plot with the data, and show the independent and dependent variables. Label the axes and the graph accordingly (y vs. x). Based on the plot answer the question if you think there is a correlation between the two variables. 3. Calculate correlation coefficient and test its significance. Answer the question if fitting the regression line is a reasonable thing to do. Explain your answer..Write about your findings in "plain English". 4. Regardless of the your conclusion in (3) perform a regression analysis to find the equation of the line that best fits the data  5. Display the results, plotted data and the regression equation together for visual comparison  6. Use the appropriate model to make predictions two predictions (choose any two values of independent variable to do that). Explain why you are using this technique.
