SquareSpace website design Expert needed!

I am currently working on a SquareSpace website for a client. The client has requested that in the header, in the top right hand corner above the social media links, that his telephone number is added along with a 'Call Now' button. Below the social media icons, a button that reads 'Book Complimentary Consultation’ and when click on, opens a contact form connected to his email address. My client would also like a newsletter subscription box to float at the bottom of the home page and remain there, no matter which direction the user scrolls.
