Zen cart site database switching

I have been using zen cart shopping site for some time now. Due to some changes, I have lost control of it now. I have the old database and all the files backed up. I want to install a fresh zen cart install through simple scripts and then use the old database with the new install. I have a lot of data like, customers, products, shipping, etc in the old database which I cannot avoid. So, I want somebody to help me in solving this problem. The winning bidder has to give me the directions using a chat client like skype or similar.
