Design a multi mode pharmaceutical API plant in Bangladesh

I need a Project completed within 3 days The task: design a chemical plant in 2/3 different floors of a building. 2 reactors per room or 3 reactors per room? all reactors in a linear sequence with a long corridor, all reactors in different floors. locations of charging and isolations with respect to the orientation of the reactors etc. Apply scientific and engineering principles in the chemical processing of fluids, solid substances or their mixtures ( solution) and their transport between unit process and unit operations. The task is for an chemical plant which needs to produce 20 different chemical entity in a year. Need to include standard specifications, process description, BFD, PFD, P&ID, Piping dimensioning, flange selection, valve selection, pumps, compressors, piping supports, symbols depicting process, piping and instrumentation. And solidwork drawings of the main component. Must meet WHO standard at minimum.
