Since 2013 I've been doing virtual assistance and software testing (more SDLC models, agile frameworks, scrum; UI/UX, functional, usability, database and regression testing of database-driven web and desktop applications).
I'm aware of UI/UX concerns and cross-browser issues. On demand I can suggest solutions for enhancing the UI, the workflows and in general the UX.
I'm familiar with various online software tools like Office 365, SharePoint, Google Drive, Windows and Linux hosting, WordPress, Moodle, Bugzilla, MantisBT, TeamWorkPM, KanBanTool, Trello, social media. My desktop system is running Windows 10.
In case of unknown websites I'm always doing exploratory testing based on use cases like: subscription, verification, log in, log out, profile page, other workflows, on the go I'm checking navigation, links, behaviour when adjusting the view port, image rendering, selector, list and table rendering. In case of multimedia I'm testing the iframe's or other embedded object's layering and controls in different browsers. After exploratory testing I'm continuing as adviced by the project manager and his/her prioritization.
