Write mips software

I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed for Windows . Write a program in mips assemply language that asks user to enter 2 numbers. Write a program which calculates the multiplication between these two numbers using recursion function. For e.g. If the user enters 2 and 9, then you need to display out as 362880 (i.e. 2*3*4*5*6*7*8*9).
